MSC Integration Docs
Overview
Get started
Onboarding requirements
What MSC provides and who owns each item.
Integrations
How the Faction platform connects to each MSC system.
Security
Isolation, encryption, data handling and compliance.
Key points
- Submitting a line from List Manager returns in under 1 second. Results arrive by webhook.
- Faction does not write to AS400. MSC's middleware performs the write.
- The pilot needs no access to AS400, ASI, Salesforce, WebSOE, Order Net or Easy Source.
- RFQs are sent from MSC mailboxes, and portals are accessed with MSC-issued credentials. MSC can revoke any credential at any time.
